Position: Director of Supply Chain Department: Supply Chain & Logistics Employer Company : EAK Distribution Reports To: COO / Integrator Job Type: Full Time, Remote Salary: Up to $4000 Work Hours: 8 AM - 12 PM EST, with flexibility to coordinate with external partners in PST and occasional communication with Chinese suppliers. Role (Overview of the Position): The Director of Supply Chain is a senior leadership role responsible for building and managing the end-to-end supply chain infrastructure that will scale HOME GROWN from ~$20M to $100M+ in revenue. This position owns the full physical flow of goods: raw material procurement (domestic and international), vendor management including overseas finished goods suppliers, production coordination with Heirloom Organics, inventory planning and demand forecasting, inbound/outbound logistics, and multi-channel fulfillment across Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop (MCF and FBT), Shopify, Home Depot dropship, and future retail partners.
