Service Support Assistant Position Summary: The Service Support Assistant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience by providing attentive client service and maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of all salon and spa areas. This position ensures that clients feel welcome and cared for throughout their visit by offering refreshments, assisting with amenities, and maintaining a serene, well-stocked environment. As a collaborative member of the Tricoci team, this role contributes to a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and outstanding client service throughout the salon and spa. Essential Functions: Responsible for providing high standard customer service at Tricoci Salon & Spa. Provide support and guidance to clients during their time in the salon/spa Offer beverages as needed: Maintain cleanliness and organization across all areas including spa waiting rooms, spa quiet rooms, locker rooms, showers, bathrooms, changing areas, and nail areas.
