This role is responsible for supporting and supervising the team across all functions and ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to provide a seamless guest experience each day. You are responsible for the entire operation of the restaurant from ordering product, writing schedules, developing a team and delivering an excellent guest experience each and every day just to name a few. Responsibilities: Your responsibilities may change from time to time. You will be expected to work about 45 hours on average per week supervising and pacing your team. Meeting/exceeding the budget, maintaining high standards, time management/organization, and the success of your relationships with other management personnel will be evaluated among other things for your position.
