You Have: 8+ years of experience in network operations, NOC or SOC operations, network engineering, or technical IT operations within enterprise or DoD environments Experience leading around the clock NOC and SOC teams, including escalation management, incident response, and operational coordination during critical outages Experience troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, firewall, and connectivity-related issues Experience with IP routing concepts and protocols, including BGP route propagation, route installation, and next-hop reachability Experience with Layer 2 networking concepts, including VLANs, trunking, switch port configuration, and network segmentation Experience with network security technologies, including firewalls, ACLs, ports, and protocol f...
