Position Summary The Salvation Army Northern Division Minneapolis Central Corps is committed to “Doing the Most Good ” by providing holistic, person-centered services to individuals and families. In addition to worship services and pastoral care, services include support with food, clothing, utilities, rent, securing housing, and both short- and long-term case management, as well as connections to community partners. The Program Aide supports the daily operations of the community center. This position provides direct assistance during recreational, educational, and outreach activities by welcoming participants, preparing program spaces, monitoring safety, and helping facilitate a positive and inclusive environment. The Aide also helps with equipment upkeep, building access, and event logistics, ensuring the community center remains a safe, engaging, and well-maintained space for individuals and families of all ages.
