Oakdale Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, part of Oriol Health Care, wants to help take your nursing career to new levels! We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate working Weekend Nurse (RN or LPN) Supervisor to deliver exceptional care, provide clinical and administrative leadership in the facility. This individual would be accountable and responsible for resident care within the facility and staffing coordination between all shifts. Shift : 7:00am - 7:00pm, Every other weekend Pay Rate: LPN Supervisor: $35.50 - 40.78/hr ($1.50- $3.00/hr shift differential) RN Supervisor: $39.50 -47.21/hr ($1.50- $3.00/hr shift differential) Skills : Solid management and interpersonal abilities necessary to communicate with staff. Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet required deadlines. Ability to maintain assigned work hours. Has sufficient endurance to perform tasks over a long period of time. Ability to perform essential job functions. Must have the ability to perform essential functions without posing a “direct threat” to residents or other staff.
