Job description

Overview The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of the Store Management Team. They support the company’s culture while helping lead the overall store operations, including opening and closing, assisting customers, and supervising the team. They stay actively involved in sales, coach and train associates and drive performance to meet goals for sales, labor and customer experience. They ensure the store is clean, organized, and operating according to company policies and standards. They promote a safe, secure environment while managing schedules, handling issues and leading company initiatives.
