Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage all people and processes to meet the department safety goals, quality standards, and production schedules through the execution of daily leader standard work. - Work cross functionally with quality, engineering, IT and program management within the organization to eliminate waste and drive continuous improvement. - Work with various internal stake holders, including other supervisors, to meet the specific requirements of each unique, individual client. - This is a leadership position that is responsible for planning, scheduling, and directing the work of individual operators. - Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing staff to achieve cultural and performance standards. - Responsible for possessing a general understanding of all areas within the organization and the ability to work with the experts within those areas - All other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: - Bachelor’s degree preferably in an Engineering discipline with at least two years Manufacturing Operations experience.
