Summary The Master Foreman oversees a single job site, running the crew and enforcing safety, quality, and production standards. This role focuses on hands-on management of slate, tile, and steep slope roofing projects, including complex repairs and restoration. The Master Foreman reports to management and ensures projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards, while mentoring the crew and coordinating with subcontractors.
