Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Build relationships with land contract sellers nationwide to bid on the purchase of seller financed loans - Accurately price and provide quotes to note holders to purchase notes - Consistent follow up practices for signing up and closing seller-financed notes - Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and sound judgment skills - Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently - Experience with loan sales or purchasing loans is a plus Employee benefits: At First National Bank of America , we are looking for exceptional individuals with a "...
