Last Energy seeks a Technical Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts for our engineering team. This role will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support the company’s rapid growth. The recruiter will work closely with engineering leadership and the talent team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-quality candidate experience. This position is based in Austin and reports directly to the VP of Talent, while working closely with the broader Last Energy team. Key Duties & Responsibilities: - Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance - Collaborate with engineering leadership to scope hiring needs and refine job descriptions - Actively source high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn, networking, and other creative sourcing methods - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview logistics with hiring teams - Maintain timely and effective communication with candidates, providing a positive and transparent experience - Drive scheduling for interviews, including technical assessments, on-site visits, and follow-ups - Maintain and organize candidate p...
