ADI now have the opportunity for a Logistics Operations Manager to join our team based from our International Head Office in Chadderton, Oldham (3 days office / 2 home). This key role within International Supply Chain will lead day‑to‑day logistics operations, drive carrier performance, and deliver continuous improvement across a fast-paced global environment. JOB DUTIES: Operations Management - Manage daily logistics and freight operations across international markets - Monitor shipment visibility, handle exceptions, and resolve escalations - Oversee import/export activity, ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations Carrier & Supplier Management: - Manage relationships with carriers and logistics providers - Lead performance reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure KPI delivery - Drive cost, service, and performance improvements Financial Control: - Oversee freight spend, reporting, and cost analysis - Audit invoices, resolve discrepancies, and manage freight claims - Support cost recovery and optimisation initiatives Reporting & Performance: - Analyse carrier data to identify improvements - Maintain reporting tools and dashboards (Excel / Power BI) - Track KPI...
