Overview Ford of Southwest Houston , part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive and a leader in automotive retail, is seeking a dynamic Used Vehicle Sales Manager to drive inventory strategy, sales performance, and team development. This role requires a multifaceted leader who can balance inventory acquisition, financial performance, and team leadership to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Manage used vehicle inventory, including appraising trades, sourcing vehicles, pricing, and overseeing reconditioning - Drive sales performance by forecasting, budgeting, and achieving monthly volume and gross profit targets - Lead and develop the sales team through hiring, coaching, and performance management - Assist in closing deals and support sales staff to maximize opportunities and customer experience - Analyze market trends and adjust inventory and pricing strategies to remain competitive (including daily pricing updates) - Partner with F&I to optimize financing and product penetration - Oversee marketing efforts and ensure strong online inventory presence - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalated concerns Qualifications: - 2...
