Organization Overview: The Associate Director – Launch Leader will participate in the development and implementation of manufacturing strategies, capacity management projects, and launch of new products for the Indy Device Assembly and Packaging (IDAP) site. The Associate Director – Launch Leader will represent IDAP in discussions with external groups (e.g. corporate supply chain, other network sites, sales and marketing affiliates, etc.) through various forums and meetings to support development of Site and Network plans.
