Summary of Position: The People and Culture (P&C) Site Supervisor is responsible for managing temporary staff and overseeing the accurate and compliant processing of Form I-9 and E-Verify activities across After School Matters’ buildings: Gallery 37 for the Arts, Michael and Karyn Lutz Center and Gately Park. This role leads day-to-day I-9 operations during high-volume onboarding periods by supervising staff responsible for I-9 completion, document verification, scanning, and system updates. The P&C Site Manager ensures all I-9s are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with federal requirements. This includes providing real-time coaching, enforcing quality control standards, and maintaining audit-ready records. The role serves as the primary on-site lead for I-9 processing and staff performance. This is a temporary seasonal position. The schedule and hours will be determined based on program needs during the summer onboarding period.
