Overview Shifts Available: 0700 - 1530 and 1330 - 2200 every 4th to 5th week and weekends rotating. Employment Type: Full Time: Hours: 8-hour shift: Location : St. Mary's Medical Center- Blue Springs, MO A clinically focused Hospital Pharmacist (PharmD) providing comprehensive inpatient pharmaceutical care with an emphasis on evidence‑based pharmacotherapy, medication safety, and therapeutic optimization. Experienced in medication order verification, clinical monitoring, medication reconciliation, and transitions of care to reduce adverse drug events and improve patient outcomes. Actively collaborates with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams during rounds to support informed clinical decision‑making. Proficient in sterile compounding, USP 797/800 compliance, and hospital regulatory standards, with demonstrated involvement in antimicrobial stewardship, quality improvement initiatives, and adherence to clinical protocols.
