Overview Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient Orthopedics Location: 9145 Narcoossee Road, Suite A 204, Orlando, FL 32825 Pay: $28/hr to $32/hr: Schedule: Part Time – two schedule options available Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Part Time Physical Therapist Assistant for our outpatient center at Lake Nona. This clinic offers the opportunity to work alongside a team of one Physical Therapist and one PTA, treating a primarily orthopedic caseload. Candidates will benefit from strong mentorship and may have the option for additional hours if flexible with nearby locations. New graduates and experienced Physical Therapist Assistants are encouraged to apply. - Option 1: 24 hours/week — Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - Option 2: Wednesday 10–7, Friday 10–7 Responsibilities: - Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act. - Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures - Maintain positive level of interaction with ce...
