This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for an Assistant Vice President, Project Manager for our Novi, MI office. Be involved in projects with our Earth & Environment Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges. Your Impact: - Manage project contracts, staff, budgets and schedules - Manage demolition and environmental projects, site characterization, remedial designs, and preparation of reports and other related documentation - Development of new clients - Network with new and existing clients to effectively position for and develop work opportunities - Prepare contract proposals and cost estimates - Manage field work for site characterization, site remediation, building materials abatement, and heavy demolition, including oversight of subcontractors, and sampling of building materials, soil and ground water in accordance with state and Federal regulations and protocols - Perform, analyze and report on specific project tasks under general supervision and research and recommend solutions to technical problems in accordance with accepted scientific/engineering practices and principles - Participation and co...
