Job Description Summary Job Description: Required Qualifications: Meet all level 1 qualifications, skills, and responsibilities in accordance with job description, PPR, and skills matrix for department Actively participate in a team environment that uses lean and 5S practices to improve products and processes Required Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills Proficient ERP skills: Basic computer skills (Maximo, Bartender): Essential Functions & Responsibilities (definition of job): Proficient in all areas of packaging with minimal supervision Process pack slips by carrier and customer Pass annual eye exam specific to job title Cross train within department: Support manufacturing operations across departments and product lines, being flexible as needed.
