Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Manager, Provider Process Design to join our Network Operations team. About the role: You will work closely with a cross functional team of leaders, project managers, and Business Stakeholders to solve business problems related to internal processes. You will be responsible for identifying critical processes to the business, defining the business' requirements, process mapping and assessing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the process, developing new or reengineering existing processes, and supporting implementation. This includes an E2E approach and direct ownership of the program being developed.
