Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Job Description Summary: Manages nursing staff and clinical/clerical support staff activities for an assigned department, including patient care, record-keeping, and personnel issues. Practices professional nursing and promotes patient advocacy in accordance with the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and maintains a current Ohio Registered Nurse License. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Oversees nursing and UAP staff in documentation, patient care, staffing, and clinical competencies.
