Head of Engineering Are you excited by the opportunity to lead engineering transformation in a critical UK terminal? Our Humber Bulk Terminal is entering a pivotal phase of investment and change, with capex investment committed to deliver a clearly defined 3 year capital and maintenance plan. We are seeking a highly capable Head of Engineering to lead and evolve our engineering function to help secure the long-term performance, safety and sustainability of the terminal. Your Role: This is a significant leadership challenge and a genuinely rewarding opportunity for a dedicated engineering leader who thrives in complex operational environments, motivated by building strong teams, improving standards, delivering real change by driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will lead the engineering function across the entire terminal, ensuring all maintenance and engineering activities support a safe, reliable and efficient 24/7/365 operation.
