What You’ll Be Doing: The primary focus of this role is to proactively provide first-line support and query resolution for all volume recruitment activities. You will ensure the recruitment process is being followed throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial job posting to the candidate's first day. Additionally, you will assist with scheduling interviews, providing feedback, managing offers, and supporting other recruitment activities as needed.
