We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Transaction Services & Restructuring team in Brussels as an Analyst. You will plan, execute and deliver Transaction Services and Restructuring projects for front-ranking private equity and corporate clients You will work in diverse teams and help conducting analyses, with a full exposure to all stages of the transaction You will be responsible for timely execution of assignments to a high standard Your team members participate in your day-to-day training and help you acquire all the technical knowledge required to work autonomously within the team Requirements: To ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect our future Analyst to have : A Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration, or business economics Previous internships or work experience in corporate finance (audit, M&A, banking and other related fields) is a plus Financial analytical skills are considered as an asset An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be exposed to challenging projects A drive to solve new issues in a practical and creative manner Excellent communication skills and the ability t...
