Overview Collections Supervisor-Water Mitigation Insurance Claims: Roto-Rooter Services Company seeks a results-driven Collections Supervisor to lead a high-volume water mitigation insurance collections team at the corporate home office, located in downtown, Cincinnati. This on-site, hands-on role is responsible for supervising daily outbound and inbound insurance follow-up activities, assist the team on resolving unpaid and denied claims, and drive individual and team performance through coaching and training. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years leadership experience, a background in collections, some knowledge of insurance claims, and the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment. This role will provide an annual salary between $52,000-$56,000, depending on experience. You will also be provided company-paid parking in a nearby parking facility.
