This role will be part of the Continuous Improvement (CI) Team responsible for building and strengthening the Continuous Improvement culture within the Financial Solutions Center (FSC) in EMEA (Krakow). The position will support the creation, implementation, and sustainability of CI and TEOA programs across the Financial Solutions Center Organization. The role will work closely with all teams within the Krakow FSC and, when needed, collaborate on selected global initiatives with other regional FSCs located in Suzhou, Bangalore and San Jose.
