Sales & Strategy: Work with the Aftermarket Team to set smart sales targets, support counter sales, and collaborate across branches to boost performance. Inventory Mastery: Keep stock accurate and organised, manage warranties and returns, and make the most of supplier discounts. Team Builder: Coach and support your team to grow their skills and confidence, creating a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
