The Role: We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the day-to-day running of Grana and help lead a team that takes pride in delivering excellent, unpretentious hospitality. You'll work closely with the leadership team across floor operations, team development, reservations, and the guest experience. This is a role for someone who's already found their feet in hospitality leadership and is ready for the next step.
