Job description

Overview This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the post-sale relations between 360Care and the contracted long-term care facilities. Responsibilities: - Serve as primary contact for contracted facility personnel by communicating regularly with facility contact, territory marketers, local management, and providers. - Review planned visits and schedules created by the dental/ancillary coordinators, including edits. - Assist with daily updates for facility records and visits. - Review schedule for field staff, ensuring all visits are covered logistically and to support the provider. - Correspond with facility on patient and visit information. - Deliver high quality and time sensitive information to all customers - Submit credentialing information to facilities for providers upon request. - Provide prompt feedback to management on any facility concerns. - Function at a high level of personal productivity. - Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and Company policy. - Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA a...
