Description: *This role is on-site at our Norwell, MA Office* Position Summary: The Systems and Network Administrator is responsible for the reliable operation, security, and performance of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role manages servers, networks, and related systems, ensuring availability, integrity, and scalability while supporting business operations and users across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Systems Administration: - Install, configure, maintain, and support Windows and/or Linux servers (on-premises and cloud-based) - Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services - Monitor system performance, capacity, and uptime; proactively identify and resolve issues - Manage system backups, disaster recovery processes, and business continuity plans - Apply patches, updates, and security fixes across server and endpoint environments Network Administration: - Administer and support LAN, VPN, SD-WAN (Meraki) and wireless networks - Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and network security appliances - Monitor network performance, availability, and security (PRTG, Remote Manager, ConnectWise) - Troubleshoot connectivity...
