The Role: MCA Engineering is seeking an experienced hands-on SMP Supervisor with FRP experience to lead and actively participate in civil, structural and mechanical works across mining and industrial projects. This is a working supervisor role — you will be expected to lead from the front, actively support your crew on the tools when required, and ensure high-quality delivery across all stages of work.
