Aboriginal Support Worker - Rick Hammersley Therapeutic Community The Role: The Aboriginal Support Worker will provide yarning, mentoring, interactive therapeutic activities, education, mediation, and support staff members and residents in a residential alcohol and other drug treatment setting. The key focus of the position is to provide culturally appropriate support to residents of the Saranna and Gnangara Programs that operate at the Rick Hammersley Therapeutic Community facility. The Aboriginal Support Worker will also foster connections with local Aboriginal Elders and communities, ensuring culturally appropriate support and engagement. You will be a key part of a multidisciplinary team, offering site-based support to enhance the accessibility and the cultural security of our service.
