Candidate is required to act as Night Manager any day of the week including public holidays. Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Completion of Daily Revenue Reports nightly to break out the day's revenue accurately for management and ownership. Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks.
