Overview: ​ Schedule: Contingent Variable Shifts. Staff is expected to work 8/hrs. per 2 week pay period. Assists anesthesia team by creating all IVs and IV setups Sets up offsite anesthesia cases by transporting gas machines and Pyxis back stands Team-structured work environment with high amounts of collaboration required *Although position is contingent, 4 weeks of training will be required before moving into minimum contingent hours. Job Description Summary: Performs a variety of technical and supportive tasks to assist daily clinical operations. Performs routine and delegated duties according to departmental policies. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Prepares operating rooms for surgery by assisting with equipment and supply needs, setup, and routine maintenance. - Assists OR team with room turnover, patient beds, and transportation of case carts. - Maintains inventory of relevant surgical supplies and equipment. - Transports patients, labs, gross specimens, and blood, as necessary.
