Job DetailsJob Location: LaPorte - LaPorte, IN 46350MonoSol is currently in the process of reviewing and enhancing its operational procedures to focus on Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Consistency. This position will work with a cross-functional team including members from Safety, Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance departments to develop and update production procedures and facilitate training to ensure all production team members are trained effectively. Primary Responsibilities: Improvement/Innovation: Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis, and use established change management programs to address them. Document Preparation: Draft and maintain basic technical and/or user documentation to a high standard. Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software.
