The Finance Business Partner supports the region through finance and operations functions, FP&A, and strategic planning. Additionally, this role is responsible for financial management, including financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, while working closely with our Senior Finance Business Partners, Team Leaders, and Office Leaders. How You Will Contribute: Prepares financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and/or reports required by the corporate office. Coordinates and direct preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances. Analyzes financial details to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed.
