Your Key Responsibilities: - Provide analytical and conceptual support to HR Business Partners and HR Managers across various HR topics. - Manage recruitment processes, including screening applications, conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding activities. - Assist in career development by discussing career paths, assessing candidates, and recommending talent. - Perform routine HR and salary administration tasks while advising managers and employees on personnel matters. - Lead data management tasks such as weekly headcount and turnover reporting, SAP data audits, and job description tracking. - Support HR projects and programs such as employee investigations, exit interviews, training enrollments, and employee events. - Collaborate with training and leadership teams to manage outreach programs and orientation sessions.
