Lead Rad Tech - Encinitas - 262002643 Description: New Hire Incentive available up to $8,000 for those who qualify. This is a full-time position (70 hours per pay period) with 10-hour varied shifts. While most shifts are scheduled in the morning, the role also includes evenings, holidays, call, and coverage every other weekend. As a Lead, this position requires flexibility to support departmental needs, including filling open shifts as necessary to ensure continuous operations; therefore, a set schedule is not guaranteed. This position is based at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas. Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas is a 173-bed acute care facility in coastal north county San Diego and is home to notable specialty programs including a 24-hour emergency room, accredited stroke care, physical rehabilitation services (including a brain injury day treatment program).
