In this broad role, you gain full insight into shipments from A to Z and contribute to building long-term customer relationships within DSV Road. You get it done: Coordinating and monitoring customer shipments within our road transport department in Tilburg: you’re on it. How you do this? As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for your customers and ensure that orders, communication and administration align seamlessly. You maintain overview, respond to month-end peaks or product launches and confidently share operational details with customers .
