As the Director, Business Intelligence, you’ll set directions for how Hillenbrand Corporate uses data to improve execution, measure performance, and scale decision-making. This is a remote role, ideally based in the U.S. Midwest, with broad visibility across enterprise priorities. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Define and deliver an enterprise business intelligence (BI) strategy that aligns to digital transformation goals, with clear success measures and an actionable roadmap.
