What You Will Be Doing: We are seeking a Senior Quality Technician to help elevate the quality and performance of our Gear products through hands‑on inspection, testing, and data‑driven problem solving. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive product inspections, analyze results, and recommend improvements that enhance quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will review and investigate quality exceptions, prepare detailed reports for leadership and suppliers, and actively participate in meetings to present findings and drive decision‑making. This position leads return and complaint analysis, identifies root causes, recommends corrective actions, and coordinates responses to production issues.
