PRA Group is hiring a Collections Operations Analyst to join our Agency Management team – a function that works closely with senior leaders and third-party collection agencies to drive strategy, performance, and results across the collections space. This isn’t just another reporting job. You’ll own the entire reporting lifecycle, from writing SQL queries and building dashboards in Power BI, to forecasting performance and uncovering insights that help drive collections strategy and agency performance.
