Position: Apartment Make-Ready Technician We seek to hire a Tulsa, Oklahoma-based full-time Make Ready Technician to join our team at Sonoma Grande Apartments. Your role is to prepare vacant apartments for rent and perform simple maintenance while delivering excellent customer service to our residents. As a work-family member, you will join our fantastic maintenance team and report to the Community Manager. The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance team, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
