Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator Reports To: Head of People: Location: Wenzel's Headquarters (WD18 9TB): Work Type: On-site: Contract Type: Full-time (Permanent): Role purpose: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for field-based roles, primarily Sales Assistants and Bakery staff, across the Wenzel’s estate. Working closely with Line Managers and the Sales Team, you will play a key role in attracting, identifying, and hiring talented individuals who will deliver excellent customer service across our bakery and retail shops. Based at Head Office, you will manage recruitment activity through our ATS system, support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, and ensure all new hire documentation and compliance checks are completed before employees join the business. managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for field-based roles, primarily Sales Assistants, across the Wenzel’s estate.
