Job Description: The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance systems to ensure that all rope products meet industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. This role oversees quality control processes throughout the entire manufacturing cycle—from raw material inspection to final product testing—ensuring consistent product performance, safety, and durability. The Quality Manager leads the quality team which supports the production team in ensuring that in-process material and finished products leaving the WireCo plant meets or exceeds internal and external quality standards.
