About the role: As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 50+ international, multi‑country SME customers, supported by SD Worx delivery countries and external partners. You will act as a trusted point of contact, conducting annual check‑in calls to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell additional solutions that add value for your clients.
