Summary We’re transforming our Fashion, Home & Beauty (FH&B) and Online businesses — and our Digital & Technology teams sit right at the heart of that journey. As Finance Manager, you’ll be the key finance partner shaping how we invest, deliver value, and drive performance across these strategic areas. This is a broad, high‑impact role with visibility across multi‑year transformation programmes, giving you the opportunity to influence decisions at pace and support the future growth of some of our most exciting customer‑facing areas. As the finance lead for Digital & Technology across FH&B and Online, you’ll partner closely with senior business and D&T leaders to provide strategic financial insight, drive commercial challenge, and help shape the portfolio of change. From investment appraisal to performance tracking and long‑term planning, you’ll ensure we make the right choices for customers, colleagues, and shareholders.
