Summary: The Sales & Install Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring strong customer satisfaction. This role leads a small team combined of Solutions Advisors and Installation Technicians, drives local sales activities, and ensures that installation services are delivered safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. Duties and Responsibilities: - Leadership & Team Management - Supervise, coach, and develop branch staff including Solutions Advisors and Install Techs. Schedule and assign daily work activities for installation teams to meet customer timelines. Conduct performance evaluations, manage staffing needs, and participate in hiring decisions. - Sales Management - Drive local sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets. Support Solutions Advisors with customer presentations, pricing guidance, and closing deals. Monitor sales pipeline and performance metrics, providing weekly updates to Area Sales & Installation Manager.
