About the role As a Project Manager within 4C Strategies’ EMEA Defence Team, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of software-enabled defence projects that enhance military readiness, training, and operational capability. You will manage projects from initiation through customer sign-off and transition into support, overseeing planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and execution. Working closely with defence customers as well as internal teams, you will ensure structured, professional delivery within complex and mission-critical environments. As part of 4C’s Defence delivery organisation, you will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales functions. The role focuses primarily on UK and European defence customers, often within secure or highly regulated settings, while contributing to the ongoing improvement of delivery standards and project governance across the Defence portfolio.
