Description Position Summary: A Mail Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for the timely and secure transport of company mail, documents and packages throughout all CPC locations, and/or to local vendors or customers. Responsibilities : Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Responsible for driving company-owned vehicle to deliver and pick-up interoffice items throughout all CPC locations and/or to local vendors or customer. - Ensure mail is handled securely and delivered to the correct recipients. - Maintain accurate log of deliveries and pickups, tracking any time-sensitive or critical items. - Communicate with company departments regarding mail delivery schedules, urgent items, or special requests. - Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle, keeping up with the daily maintenance. - Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to senior management. - Must always carry clean driver’s license. - Maintain a clean and organized mail distribution area. - Perform additional administrative or mailroom-related duties as assigned. - Driving safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws, company vehicle policies and standard operating procedur...
